Event Details
This is a special car show that donates collected funds to the South Willamette Honor Flight for veterans to travel to Washington DC to see the memorials. The venue started at a golf course and has grown to require more level space, thus is now held in a city park. There are food trucks available at the venue as well as DJ music. It includes all types of cars.
Entry registration is on the day of the event, $25/vehicle upon entry to the grounds. Entry starts at 8 am and awards presentation at 2 pm.
If we (MBCA Members) can enter at close to the same time, we could park together as a Mercedes-Benz group to show off the marque. Plan to meet at Two Rivers Market parking area at 7:30 am so we can caravan the short distance to the event. The event is a rather long day so bring shade umbrella and chairs as the park is grass with some trees. Prepare to relax. If you need a hike, Historic Downtown Albany is a short walk and includes a Carousel with 50 hand-carved creatures to ride upon.
