·     Drive from home to Murphy, NC

·     1:30 pm John C. Campbell Folk School Tour (optional) tour at 2:00 pm. 

Meet at the school parking lot at 1:30 p.m. located at 4590 Brasstown Rd. Brasstown, NC​

·     6:00 pm. Group dinner at Chevelle's Restaurant and Bar, 66 Hiwassee St Murphy, NC 28906​

Saturday, October 19th

·     8:00 am. Continental Breakfast at the hotel

·     9:00 am. Depart for the drive to the Tail of the Dragon/Cherohala Skyway

·     Lunch in Tellico Plains on your own

·     6:00 pm. Group dinner at Murphy Chophouse, 130 Valley River Ave Murphy, NC 28906​

Sunday, October 20th

·     8:00 am. Continental Breakfast at the hotel

·     Depart for home
