Member Appreciation Luncheon
A prominent adaptive reuse project is the 120-year-old former Canton Cotton Mill near downtown Canton, by the Etowah River. The Mill received the Georgia Economic Developers award for the visionary use of a historic property to attract office, retail, residential, and tourism activity.
Peachtree has reserved a private tasting room in Reformation Brewery (225 Reformation Pkwy Suite #500 Canton, GA 30114) plus a canopied outdoor patio for the 2025 Member Appreciation event. There is plenty of free parking.
The main fare will be Ingalls fried chicken (a local favorite endorsed by the Canton American Legion Post) and Honey Baked Ham with vegetables and cut fruit plus nonalcoholic beverages. Reformation is a 20,000 square foot foundry brewery with user friendly gathering space. The brewery will provide a cornhole and other games in our restricted area for those easily bored. The full range of Reformation beers will be available on tap.
The development currently boasts eight restaurants and over twenty businesses. The centerpiece is the Cotton Mill Exchange, a 48,000 square foot emporium with over two hundred artisans and antique displays on a consignment basis. The Exchange has evolved into the most sought-after unique retail locations in the middle Northeast corridor of Georgia.
A tubing adventure is available near the brewery for those who want to float down the Etowah River after dining, while their spouse visits the Cotton Mill Exchange. Parking is plentiful with construction underway for an upscale apartment development with a parking garage on the Cotton Mill grounds.
This is a destination, not just a free lunch! Family, children, and Peachtree member significant others are welcome.
Please register by the evening of July14th.
