2. Determine that there is a quorum
3. Elect an individual to chair the meeting, if necessary
4. Approve the agenda
5. Approve the minutes from the 2023 general meeting held on November 25, 2023
6. Deal with unfinished business from the last general meeting
7. Receive the directors' reports of activities and decisions since the previous annual
general meeting, including a report on the financial statements of the Society for the
previous financial year
8. Elect or appoint directors
9. Deal with new business, including any matters about which notice has been given to the
members in the notice of meeting
